The Cocktail Boxes
Not at all - don't worry if you don't have shakers etc at home. You will find in our blog details of how to make your own home cocktail kit from things you will find in most kitchens. Of course if you want to have a home kit check out our shop where you can order a 10 piece cocktail kit to be delivered straight to your door
Just add ice! The box comes with all the ingredients you need to make the cocktails including garnishes and expertly paired snacks.
Cocktails can be very unique to each person though so feel free to try your own food pairings and garnishes along the way!
All of the items in our boxes are packaged and labelled by their producers and will have dietary and allergen information provided. If you have any specific requirements or concerns please reach out to us on info@cocktail-consultancy.co.uk and one of the team will be happy to help.
We work with a wide range of independent distilleries and food manufacturers when curating the boxes to ensure the highest quality ingredients. All contents are packaged by their producers; you won’t find us decanting into pouches, rebranding, or producing our own contents based on the recipes or formulas of others. By working with our featured partners we ensure you receive the authentic product.
Subscriptions
Absolutely - our subscriptions make great gifts! When you go through the checkout process simply select the gift option and we will do the rest!
We will never have two consecutive months with the same base spirit. By sourcing high end spirits from individual distilleries the boxes do give you the opportunity to try the very best of each spirit so we would encourage you to try drinks you may have not liked in the past.
If there is a box you really don't want to try the boxes also make great gifts to pass on, and if the recipient goes on to take out a subscription via your unique refer a friend code you can both save money of your next boxes.
Absolutely, hopefully you are heading off somewhere exotic where you can keep trying cocktails! Just log into your account area before the end of the month to skip the following month; don’t worry the subscription will kick back in the following month for you.
Don’t worry, we will attempt to take payment again a day later. If this cannot be processed we will try again a further three calendar days later. Please ensure you have funds available. If we need further information from you we will email you.
If you need to change the payment details on your subscription please log in to your account area online.
We will be sorry to see you go, and remember you can skip a month if you need to instead. If you have decided to cancel though please log in to your online account area where you will be able to do this.
Orders & Delivery
Our cut off for orders is the last of each month and we aim to get everyone's boxes to them by the 15th of the next month. Boxes are delivered via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery and you will receive notifications from Royal Mail as to when to expect your delivery each month. Please ensure you provide a valid phone number and email address when you order so you get these updates.
If you have been given a promo code just enter it at the checkout stage when taking out a subscription. If you have been referred by a friend they will have a unique refer a friend link which you will need to click on to access the website for the referral discount to be automatically applied.
If you have provided a valid email address and mobile number during the order process you will receive delivery updates from Royal Mail, including options for collecting the delivery if they have been unable to deliver, or to have it left in a safe place or with a nominated person.
We package everything up as securely as possible, and each box will have a Cocktail Consultancy seal on it so you know everything is still inside. In the unlikely event when you open it there are damaged contents please take photos, being careful not to hurt yourself on anything, and send these to info@cocktail-consultancy.co.uk.
The Cocktail Consultancy has partnered with Subbly as a platform provider; this includes a full Stripe integration for payment processing supporting card payments. We also accept GooglePay and ApplePay. Payments are processed via the platform and will appear on your card statement as Cocktail Consultancy or TCC.
To minimise waste and our carbon footprint we don’t keep lots of stock of past boxes; however if there is one you have missed that you want drop us an email to info@cocktail-consultancy.co.uk and we’ll try and put one together for you.
